- Perform hands-on projects that include the following trades: Drywall, painting, trim, flooring, etc.
- Find a way to overcome obstacles during the reconstruction process
- Produce quality repairs and finished projects through efficient management of resources
- Manage and perform punch-out completion to finalize projects

- 1-2 years experience in multi-trade construction supervision.
- Must possess and show trade skills in rough and finish carpentry, light plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, drywall patching and finishing, etc.
- Clean driving record.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
