- High school diploma/GED required
- Experience and skill with Microsoft© Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- Some HR experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in QuickBooks online, Xactimate, Restore 365 preferred, but not required
- Experience with insurance claims preferred, but not required
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and adaptable
- Able to operate within a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent multitasking & organizational skills
